Step 2: Let’s Gather Your Information
Before we can transfer your prescription, we’ll need some information from you:
- Your full name and date of birth
- Contact information (phone number and email address)
- The name, strength, and dosage of the medication you’re transferring
- The name and phone number of the pharmacy where your prescription is currently filled
Step 3: We Will Take Care of the Rest
After we receive your information, our dedicated pharmacy team will handle the rest. We will contact your current pharmacy and arrange the transfer. This process usually takes 24 to 48 hours.
