Most Commonly Asked Questions
Most of our compounded are prepared the same day or next day. In case that we need to order something for the compound then it may take 3-5 days, depend how fast the shipment is.

- The commercial drug required is shortage or on back-order.

- The customer has sensitivity or allergy to an ingredient in the commercial product.
