Laila Kharoub - PharmD, RPh, APA, CDE
Pharmacy Manager
Laila Kharoub is the Pharmacy Manager and the proud owner of Sirocco Pharmacy. With over eight years of experience in the field, she holds a PharmD degree and is a Certified Diabetes Educator. Her expertise extends to being a Prescribing Pharmacist and a Compounding Specialist. Laila is also a Certified Travel Specialist and is certified to administer injections, making her a versatile and indispensable part of our team.
Ali Mohammed
Business Manager
Ali Mohammed, Sirocco Pharmacy’s Business Manager, brings a unique skill set to our
team with his specialization in supply chain management. His expertise ensures the smooth
operation of our pharmacy, guaranteeing that we’re always stocked and ready to serve our
community.
Elo Cymbaluk - RPh, Injection Certified
Pharmacist
Elo Cymbaluk is a highly experienced Pharmacist who has dedicated nearly three decades to the profession. His vast knowledge and expertise, honed over 29 years, testify to his commitment to healthcare. Elo’s deep understanding of medications, patient counselling, and healthcare services has made him a trusted figure among our customers.
Souhair Farhat
Pharmacy Assistant
Souhair Farhat, our Pharmacy Assistant, has been a crucial part of our team for three years. Her role is critical in maintaining the smooth operation of our pharmacy. Her attention to detail and organizational skills ensure that prescriptions are accurately filled and records are meticulously maintained. Souhair’s dedication and passion for her role are evident in her daily interactions with our customers and her commitment to their health and well-being.

Digital Marketing Strategist
Our Digital Marketing Strategist, Juan Guerrero, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Co-op) (Honours) with First-Class Standing and a Master of Business Administration with a Specialization in Operations, completed in April 2024. His strategic thinking and innovative approach to digital marketing help us reach and serve our community better.

Digital Content Creator
Our Digital Content Creator, Bella Mesquita, graduating with a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Biomedicine in April of 2025. Her scientific background and creative skills allow her to create engaging and informative content for our community.
