? Do I need an appointment to speak to a pharmacist?

Sirocco Pharmacy staff are skilled, highly trained pharmacists. You are welcome to come to our pharmacy at any time with questions or concerns. If your question is private or requires a longer conversation, we would ask that you make an appointment by calling us or filling out a consultation request form.

? Do you bill insurance providers directly?

We bill directly to insurance providers for medications with specific DIN numbers. We also direct bill, for compounded medications, or any medications we custom-make in our pharmacy. Forms from common benefits providers are conveniently provided on our website.

Please review your insurance coverage carefully as not all insurance companies pay for all types of medications.

? How long will it take to prepare my prescription?

This depends on the type of prescription and how many prescriptions you may have. Most compounding medication can be ready in the same day. Upon placing an order, please speak with one of our knowledgeable pharmacists for a more specific time estimate.

? Can my prescription be delivered?

Yes. We offer free delivery of prescription medications for orders within Calgary’s city limits. If you require delivery outside of Calgary, we can arrange shipment via Canada Post or Purolator, with the additional shipping charges factored into the final price. Your delivery will usually arrive within 24 hours, and we can also accommodate requests for same-day delivery for an additional fee.
